Continues to keep store operating to standard and sets a positive example for the shift team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibits a willingness and desire to share coffee knowledge and stories with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays a \u2018customer first\u2019 attitude by training and holding partners accountable for delivering legendary customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interviewing &amp; training partners, planning, assigning and directing work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular interaction\/ review with the team\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage team to take independent decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution and measuring results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review performance to achieve organizational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather &amp; evaluate employees performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addressing complaints and resolving problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching, counselling, and disciplining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate \/ 12th Pass\/ Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Drives coffee conversations within the team and creates a culture of coffee appreciation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieves financial objectives based on the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyses sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manages and motivates the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manages stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company.
