The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Myntra&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate\/ Partner Consultant<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate \/Post Graduate\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Brand\/Business management which includes but not limited to Inventory management, Growth<br>management, profitability management, managing payment processes, on-boarding new brands etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This roles involves exposure to active PnL management at overall business level including revenue,<br>costs, incomes etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demand Management tasks like &#8211; manage visibility tasks, banner slotting, creative coordination, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the catalog building for the category through brand and relationship management across all brands both national and International.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain robust brand relationships and partner on a consistent basis to ensure the latest and most relevant brand campaigns are driven on Myntra first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers vision by category of<br>business and use this knowledge to properly assort, merchandise and market product online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position and present products within the online store in ways that exceed expectations such as<br>conversion, average order size, average order value, customer service demand and are additive to the overall brand positioning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our value equation to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle complete day to day operations across the category and ensure setting up of streamlined<br>processes to maximize brand potential on the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the business + operations for the allocated business unit, including demand and supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate \/Post Graduate\/ MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong MS \u2013 Excel, SQL querying on database, Data analysis, Reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team &amp;amp; collaborate with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be good at multitasking &amp;amp; time management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer centric, creative &amp;amp; analytical problem-solving mind-set.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Myntra is India\u2019s leading e-commerce company committed to making fashion and lifestyle products accessible to everyone.
