Recommending appropriate internal risk rating for each counterparty and setting credit limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write annual reviews assessing counterparties\u2019 creditworthiness and recommend internal credit rating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain financial projection models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and answer questions relating to analysis performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor counterparties for changes in creditworthiness and take appropriate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce commentaries for senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working collaboratively with Risk Engineering colleagues to continually identify and solve for operating efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spreading historical and projected financials in Credit systems and performing analysis including peer comparison to identify and document trends and anomalies necessary in assessing creditworthiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with global colleagues in GS Risk teams as well as with other divisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support key Risk governance and approval committees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree and 0-2 years of experience in a related credit risk role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Business, Statistics with an undergraduate focus on quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Functional background or relevant experience in finance and accounting\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in credit analysis, ratings analysis, corporate finance and\/or research desired\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated with strong academic background\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with an ability to work effectively with colleagues in other regional offices\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility, ability to learn quickly\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurial, creative, self-motivated and team-orientated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge about Payments &amp; payment systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business intelligence experience &amp; relevant certifications (Tableau\/ Alteryx) are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Goldman Sachs, we believe progress is everyone\u2019s business.
