The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Delhivery<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate\/ Key Account Management<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>BA\/ B.Com\/ B.Sc\/ BCA\/ BBA\/ B.E\/ B.Tech\/ <strong>M.Com<\/strong><\/strong>\/ <strong>MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 4 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Across India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aligned to work from office \/ client location (mandatory) as per requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aligned to flexible working hours and 6 days a week working format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel to various centers \/ client locations within the country for client visits \/ audits \/ business launches as and when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract data from various sources \/ work on available data and derive insights for decision making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand business requirements and commercial implications of actions taken and build SOP\u2019s around the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage performance and key matrices by understanding root cause and build solutions around the same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage customer escalations on a day to day basis as per set SOP and respective TAT\u2019s by driving internally with Operations team and externally with Client POC\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertake recon activities pertaining to billing and operations having commercial impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong logical and critical reasoning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efficient in MS Excel and handling large data sets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-4 years experience is preferred.
