The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>IBM<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong>\/ <strong>Data Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai,\u00a0India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to internal and external clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with lease management software will be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of working in a BPO\/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Leases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience utilizing a lease database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk Rating, Screening, CDD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in financial services transactional data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lean\/Six sigma trained or certified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IBM, we do more than work.
