Ensure up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities to comply with applicable protocols, governing standards and user manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration &#8211;\u00a0Work closely with business and functional teams and develop a deep understanding of various operational processes in the relevant areas of implementation of frictionless and Straight Through Processing (STP) of business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support &#8211;\u00a0Ensure system availability and extend support during system downtime and technical exigencies.
