The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst\/ Associate\/ Financial Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>UG\/ BBA\/ B.Com\/ B.E\/ B.Tech\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022<\/strong>\/&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai\/ Bangalore<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the India Risk &amp; Compliance functional leads and Business Managers to drive and influence local strategy, integration with global teams and effective roll-out of global and local initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the day-to-day Business Management deliverables in support of the India Risk &amp; Compliance Team and align to leadership\u2019s key agenda items, cross organization initiatives, discussion topics, strategy and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, consolidate, and present senior management materials such as: business cases, business reviews, strategic roadmaps, strategy reviews, action plans, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage key deliverables of the business management functions and process including: headcount planning and tracking, local and global reporting, tracking of transformation programs, real estate planning and tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute action plans to improve key metrics performance and deliver on globally set objectives for India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise and partner with HR Business Partners, Control Officers, Finance, Resiliency Officers, L&amp;D team for execution of their priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute towards driving innovation, people council agenda or diversity &amp; inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum educational qualification of an undergraduate degree in BBA, B. Com. or Engineering.
