To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven work experience in software development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven work experience in software quality assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with performance and\/or security testing is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BS\/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To conduct data warehouse development. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To perform SQL querying for best results. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HARMAN designs and engineers connected products and solutions for automakers, consumers, and enterprises worldwide, including connected car systems, audio and visual products, enterprise automation solutions; and services supporting the Internet of Things.
