The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>IBM<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst\u00a0<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune\/ Bangalore<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Interrogate internal and external systems to gather information to validate Know Your Customer (KYC) details, ensuring customer records are accurately maintained and are up to date within defined SLAs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prompt escalation of suspicious transactions\/ profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balance different viewpoints and customer \/ client insight with policies to reach the right customer outcome that is within the best interest of the Bank to create customer advocacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise own judgement within the clearly defined parameters of the process to analyze factual customer information against a variety of sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document discrepancies, where appropriate, for further investigation and repair following defined processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the Team Leader and the wider Team to deliver exceptional performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with and take on any feedback provided by the Quality team to ensure that all tasks completed are to a high standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence &amp; Customer identification program (KYC\/CDD\/EDD\/CIP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge in US\/UK regulatory policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in financial services transaction data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets\/goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IBM, we do more than work.
