Liaise with the initiators where necessary to ensure smooth completion of cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role holder should understand both PeopleSoft and Employee Central systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have knowledge on Employee Life Cycle management activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining relationship with internal customers and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve employee queries related to HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere TAT as per daily \/ monthly agreed PLAs for all General Processing Activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate MI with Analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhoc &amp; Monthly standard reports are completed on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining relationship with internal customers and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve employee queries related to HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure service failures\/ Customer Complaints are recorded\/ resolved and escalated in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not commit errors which could result in operational losses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR qualification \/ prior experience in HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical ability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eye for detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under constant pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re a financial services organisation that serves more than 40 million customers, ranging from individual savers and investors to some of the world\u2019s biggest companies and governments.
