Capital Calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of Capital Call memos, LC Opening, Follow Up with LPs for funding Distribution \u2013<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of Distribution working, LP Memo Preparation, Fund Transfer Wire preparation, Repayment of LCs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciliation &#8211; Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, Cash reporting. Tracking of Capital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transactions., Valuation &#8211; Valuation of Portfolio Investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ M.Com\/ MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Very good understanding of Financial Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of Capital Markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of Banking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of Private Equity Funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands on experience of Private Equity systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonable understanding of Private Equity processes such as Accounting, Investor Reporting, Capital Calls, Distribution, Financial Statements etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prepare and submit Fund and Investor Reports accurately as per SLA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To meet TAT and deliver error free services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To work on partnership accounting Applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To strive to create a healthy and professional work environment in the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display interpersonal skills in handling the day to day operations on the floor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggest and work on process improvements Idea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very Good written &amp; spoken communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Analytical Skills &amp; problem solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro-active &amp; Positive Attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to Work efficiently and effectively in a team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent Customer facing Skills and Ability to build Rapport with Clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the ability to escalate issues on time to ensure quick resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good phone &amp; email etiquettes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients\u2019 most complex digital transformation needs.
