Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation or pursuing PG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Min. qualification is Graduation.
