The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Accenture<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>HR Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Post Graduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Batch<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp;<\/strong> <strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Across India\/ WFH<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Track and ensure closure of all recruiting related actions identified through internal and external reviews \/ audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct a periodic review of all recruiting manuals and review responsibilities and accountability defined in entity recruiting and HRSS manuals to identify conflicting roles, responsibilities and access between these teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out checks of all recruiting processes for the entities, by process, by team and by city.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct Self-Checks of recruiting controls and processes to proactively identify vulnerabilities by partnering with entity teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly attend hiring events across entities to understand how the process is being executed. Report concerns or anomalies, if any, to the relevant recruiting lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with entity recruiting teams to mitigate risks by implementing appropriate controls \/ actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with the relevant teams to review any new process and technology change that is being driven in entity \/ HRSS recruitment teams from risk perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct review post introduction of new process and technology changes to assess awareness and effectiveness of implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the AEE Risk and Compliance team to conduct periodic forensic analytics of recruitment data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate\/ Post Graduate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must have recruiting process expertise and in-depth knowledge of the policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be excellent in stakeholder management and highly collaborative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have compliance \/ audit outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good in Program Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have problem solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal &amp; written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
