Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the resolution of configuration\/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering &amp; Management &#8211; Information System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing a team in cross-Amdocs domain solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected candidates will be part of People Analytics team under Corporate HR organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to hold evidence-based conversations with the HR leaders to guide HR &amp; business decisions relating to employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have strong analytical and good story telling skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills is must, should be capable to lead discussions and calls individually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Knowledge of Excel, Power BI \/ Tableau, Presentation skills must.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power Query &amp; SQL skills will be added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Knowledge of HR domain preferrable &amp; will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing.
