(Eg. Life insurance, General insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve Business budgets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis consistently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating referrals and leads of new customers for sale of bank\u2019s products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting bank\u2019s products by taking part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact existing customers for bringing in more deposits and cross selling of bank\u2019s products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle customer queries and provide correct solutions to ensure there are no customer complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity released from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all audit requirements of the bank are met optimum audit rating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all learning activities\/ trainings conducted by the bank from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank\u2019s CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate and follow all initiatives\/ Campaigns\/ Drives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation\/ Post Graduation from a recognized institute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of banking regulations and norms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good networking and relationship building skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Axis Bank is India\u2019s third largest private sector bank.
