Tech \/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 \u2013 1 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore \/ Kochi \/ Gurgaon \/ Hyderabad\/ Mumbai<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct external audit in accordance with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) Auditing Standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in conducting Process understanding discussions with the Clients as part of assessing risks arising from their use of Technology and identify control gaps within their processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in evaluating and documenting the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls (GITCs and ITACs) pertaining to Client\u2019s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in performing SOC 1 and SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) SSAE18 assessments in accordance with the attestation standards established by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist team in completing a quality audit and track deliverable status efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0B.E. \/ B. Tech \/ MCA \/ M.
