The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Virtusa<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the data architecture design that supports scaling, high availability, end-to-end security for data in motion and data at rest, and performance scalability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the data modeling process of discovering, analyzing, transforming, performance tuning and enabling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in working with AWS enterprise-scale cloud platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data governance that includes Data quality, security and compliance, Data transparency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Event based architecture &amp; real-time services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement data pipelines to transform data using real-time events, and batch methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, construct, test and maintain data pipelines which includes connecting object storage, API, JDBC, SFTP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement strategy on data reliability, efficiency, performance, and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform peer design reviews, code reviews, pair programming and functional testing to ensure quality releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy data pipelines following best practice DevOps principles and incorporating automated testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automating monitoring of data pipelines and data integrity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and maintain of data security policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcasing new pipelines and data models to solutions team and end users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong programming experience in Python \/ Scala \/ Java.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of Data Warehouse methodologies and concepts including modelling and partitioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working o.n AWS environment including S3, EC2, Arora \/ RDS, SQS, IAM etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working processing large datasets using Spark.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong SQL background with experience with at least one Relational database including query optimisation, indexing concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working Hive metastore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Streaming data concepts using Kinesis or Kafka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD Methodologies and Building Infrastructure as a Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience with multiple file formats such as CSV, Parquet, Avro, JSON, XML.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience Data Pipelining with tools like Apache Airflow \/ Argo DAGs for orchestration workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge around RClone and Solace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Virtusa Corporation is a global provider of Digital Business Transformation, Digital Engineering, and Information Technology (IT) outsourcing services that help our clients accelerate their journey to a Digital Future.
