Also share daily, weekly, and monthly reports submitted to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will be responsibility to meet Quality related service level monthly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Randomly monitor calls to ensure Client\/TP standards are maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to manage BAU, Business intelligence audit and other compliance audits as per business requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular feedback to team Members regarding the performance of the team and any issue that needs escalation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To work together as a team and achieve the targets set by clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to be flexible and motivate the team at regular intervals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures and report all security incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to do multi-task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well in and promote a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People Management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Customer Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be very good with data representation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be very good with MS Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management.
