Coordinates the planning across multiple teams. Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively determine, analyse and identify performance metrics and measurements and dictates improvement plans to track and drive on time delivery and adherence to budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manages changes through the change control process. Challenges and intervenes where there is scope creep, budget overrun, plan slippage and benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipates and identifies existing or emerging risks\/issues.&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversees the tracking of strategic project risks\/issues\/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realisation for the projects and takes action to minimise impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtains sponsor and stakeholder sign-off for deliverables, formally close projects assess stakeholder satisfaction and capture feedback. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Captures key learns from each programme and feeds back into Global Transformation methodologies and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>PMP Certified\/Qualified Six Sigma Black belt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Digital &amp; Fintech initiatives is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Data Management &amp; Analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focused on simplifying processes for our customers &amp; creating customer delight and satisfaction&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of financial modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly proficient at Excel, Powerpoint and Word.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong accounts, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good at multitasking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re a financial services organisation that serves more than 40 million customers, ranging from individual savers and investors to some of the world\u2019s biggest companies and governments.
