This will include Head-Hunting, Talent Mapping, and Lead generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess your stakeholders\u2019 most pressing needs and organizational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing approach or techniques by using a variety of channels and presenting detailed candidate profile summaries at the closing date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most likely be the first interviewer for candidates. Executive Recruiters should be deeply in touch with their hiring managers and their needs, saving them valuable time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring your proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess job descriptions and additional assessments based on in-take calls with the hiring managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop sustainable candidate talent pools &amp; define strategies for healthy pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in compensation negotiations &amp; discussions with candidates and work closely with businesses to determine terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise stakeholders with best-recruiting practices and outside-the-box solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with hiring managers to obtain up-to-date input on potential hires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>BPO industry experience preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or MBA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with significant Executive and Leadership placements firms are a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional networking skills are a must.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with HRMS, ATS tools, MS Office, especially MS Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with outstanding time-management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent listener with a high level of attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organized and thorough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical knowledge to use software programs, listing job opportunities, and conducting virtual interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curiosity and a desire to understand multiple fields and industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empathy and understanding in navigating life-changing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management.
