The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualcomm<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Operations Analyst, Processor<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-1 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process Market Development Fund (MDF) and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage marketing budgets, fund allocations, and funding requests with accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal headquarters and sales teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide exceptional support to Qualcomm\u2019s Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong relationships with internal Sales and Business Development teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or Master\u2019s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-1 year of experience in PC OEMs, semiconductor channel partnerships, or business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Salesforce certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop proficiency in tools and technologies such as AI, CRM, and Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to attend evening business review meetings and calls as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to accommodate evening calls between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST for headquarters reviews and business discussions, or work in shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
