The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>HP<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>HR Global Services Advisor<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s<\/strong> <strong>Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process and support various HR activities, including pre-employment checks, hiring transactions in HR systems, pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, employee data changes, disability claims, leaves of absence, compensation, benefits, and employment terminations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, update, and maintain knowledge database articles while managing employee queries related to myHR services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including electronic personnel files, and support audits, government surveys, and HR reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate, review, and approve daily HR system transactions while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve HR shared services operations by monitoring incoming inquiry trends, resolving recurring issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor team interactions with employees and management, providing guidance and coaching to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall employee and manager experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold organizational standards for ethical business practices, professional conduct, workplace organization, customer service, and positive employee and community relations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support shared services leaders in implementing process improvements, strengthening operational controls, managing organizational changes, and taking ownership of ongoing and ad hoc projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Benefits, and Country HR teams to gather relevant information and prepare employee-related documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain effective collaboration with HR business partners and generalists to ensure a consistent, coordinated, and seamless HR service experience for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and demonstrated professional competence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typically, 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Certifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Society for Human Resource Management \u2013 Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding of Agile methodologies, auditing, automation, and business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of business requirements, workflow management, and process improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with data analysis, data integrity, dashboard development, and people analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of HRIS, human capital management, and financial processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong project management and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cross-Organizational Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong results-oriented approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital proficiency and technology awareness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer-centric mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HP is a technology company that operates in more than 170 countries around the world united in creating technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere.
