The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Thomson Reuters<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Software Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad; Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and customize ABAP-based solutions, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, and Integrations (RICEFW).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform ABAP development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization across SAP ECC and SAP S\/4HANA environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and optimize SAP applications using ABAP Objects, HANA SQL, SAP Fiori, and OData technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and security guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development artifacts, and system configurations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and support the timely resolution of production incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and solution quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2-4 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in ABAP programming, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of ABAP Objects and core SAP development concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with SAP ECC and\/or SAP S\/4HANA environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori development, OData services, and HANA SQL programming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in either of the following shifts: 12:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM \u2013 10:00 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hands-on experience with SAP S\/4HANA Migration Cockpit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of ABAP RICEFW objects and ABAP data migration processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and integration technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and debugging tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness of AI-powered development tools and modern software engineering practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAP certification in ABAP or S\/4HANA technologies is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomson Reuters is the world\u2019s leading provider of news and information-based tools to professionals.
