The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Wipro<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Management Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1-3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process asset servicing activities in Geneva, including principal transactions such as drawdowns, paydowns, and interest processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile cash balances and positions across all funds daily using the DUCO platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review upcoming activity exceptions in Geneva and WSO Accelerator, and process contract modifications in accordance with agent notices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and accounting issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all activities are accurately processed and updated in Geneva. Coordinate with agents, trustees, and internal teams to resolve daily exceptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate unresolved cash and position breaks to the manager and onshore team for timely resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in training programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with global teams to support ongoing projects and system integrations, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of syndicated bank loans, private credit, and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience using Geneva software for processing transactions within the syndicated bank debt module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience reconciling cash balances and positions using DUCO or other reconciliation platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience manually processing credit facility-related activities in Geneva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of agent banks, trustees, and custodians in supporting private credit operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, along with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High levels of motivation and the ability to work independently, with strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across global facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prepare clear, concise, and effective written summaries of large volumes of information within tight timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in an international team environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and perform under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients\u2019 most complex digital transformation needs.
