Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fraud and Dispute Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze and process fraud and dispute cases using the TDR case management system while ensuring compliance with established internal service-level agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the complete chargeback lifecycle in accordance with card association rules and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify, investigate, and manage potential fraudulent activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chargeback Processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process system-generated retrieval requests and obtain supporting documentation from cardholders whenever required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle cardholder-initiated and non-cardholder-initiated disputes to facilitate monetary recovery during the First Cycle Chargeback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and respond to merchant challenges by evaluating appropriate actions during the Second Cycle Representment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge merchant rebuttals and pursue further recovery through the Third Cycle Chargeback process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and make decisions on pre-arbitration cases, case filings, and good-faith collection requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compliance and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of card association rules and regulations and communicate relevant information to cardholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential fraud trends through effective case management and share findings with the fraud strategy team for further analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and submit reports on various fraud categories as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow established departmental escalation procedures, client-defined quality standards, and PCI compliance requirements and controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze fraud-related data and utilize available tools and resources to identify trends and patterns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct outbound calls to cardholders, where applicable, to verify the authenticity of transactions and non-monetary activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and cooperate with law enforcement agencies during fraud-related investigations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration and Mentorship:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Document and escalate customer feedback in accordance with the established escalation matrix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle challenging and stressful situations with professionalism, tact, and composure while maintaining high customer service standards and preserving customer goodwill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and guide new employees on chargeback lifecycle procedures, operational processes, and relevant systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and coaching sessions to support continuous improvement and team performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in French, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent English communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication, with strong active listening, probing, and negotiation abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, emotional stability, focus, and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to pursue continuous learning and professional development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively under time constraints while managing multiple tasks and priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong typing and keyboarding skills, along with practical knowledge of personal computer operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to adapt to and effectively implement Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-4 years of experience in credit card operations and\/or the financial services industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in recoveries and chargeback operations within the financial services sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of card association rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of
