The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sales Support Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ Diploma<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams and Partners regarding quote creation, modification, and opportunity management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, update, and maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate, validate, and maintain accurate quotes using SAP, Oracle CPQ, and NGQ while ensuring compliance with pricing, discount, and approval policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Sales and Account Managers with pricing requests, deal structuring, and opportunity-related queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage complex and high-value deals, ensuring that all required documentation and approvals are completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, Order Management, POS, Finance, and Global Support, to resolve quoting and ordering issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and manage quote and opportunity escalations, involving Team Leads or Managers whenever necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, Oracle CPQ, and NGQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a strong understanding of sales processes, tools, products, and company policies to provide effective support to Sales teams and Partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely support while consistently meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A high school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typically, 2-4 years of relevant work experience is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in sales support, quoting, commercial operations, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle CPQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) for sales opportunity management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and approval processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, tools, and business processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work.
