Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the monthly reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities while ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare daily and monthly flash reports for orders and sales at the SYSS\/site level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the appropriate revenue recognition methods for projects in accordance with applicable accounting policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage revenue and cost of sales (COS) recognition for projects in the Oracle system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile control accounts, including Work in Progress (WIP), Unbilled Revenue (UBR), and Unearned Revenue (UER), between the Project Accounting (PA) subledger and the General Ledger (GL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform month-end checks, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) movements, loss accruals, and cost corrections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare pre-close accruals, reclassify timesheets, and conduct timesheet analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain project records in Oracle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project financial information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the timely closure of projects by completing cost and revenue reconciliations and resolving discrepancies based on the necessary internal approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve cost interface errors and ensure the proper closure of the Project Accounting (PA) module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and validate foreign currency exposures on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate project financial reports, including Inception-to-Date (ITD) invoice reports by project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run Project Status Inquiry reports using Noetix and Oracle, and compile the required reports for period-end closing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare additional invoice and expenditure inquiry reports as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly review the accuracy and completeness of project costs and revenues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile project backlogs and ensure the accurate reporting of foreign exchange (FX) backlogs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct aging analysis of Work in Progress (WIP) and Unbilled Revenue (UBR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform monthly variance analysis, including gross profit (GP) tracking for both project and non-project orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the monthly forecasting and Plan of Record (POR) process, ensuring accurate backlog phasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support segment reporting activities for Product Groups and KOB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and deliver post-month-end reports for site and business unit (BU) management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with Business Unit Financial Analysts during month-end closing and provide financial details and explanations for identified variances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support annual budgeting, mid-year reviews, and operational reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with Work in Progress (WIP) counts and inventory analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for annual audits by preparing relevant financial information and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in monthly and quarterly project review meetings to assess financial performance and project progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finance professional with up to 3 years of work experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in the finance domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and financial reporting tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Smart View.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach to responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, situational adaptability, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to think
