The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Ericsson<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Noida, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver standard and new metrics, measures, and analytical solutions to support business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and enhance existing processes through data-driven insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and measurable outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new metrics, analytical opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain, enhance, and upgrade existing metrics, reports, and analytical solutions to ensure accuracy and relevance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present large volumes of complex information in clear, concise, and easily understandable formats to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide analytics leadership by defining analytical strategies, setting priorities, and guiding data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach and mentor other Data Analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities and improve team performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and direct a team of Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver effective analytics solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop processes, frameworks, and methodologies to establish and advance analytics as a structured organizational practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20134 years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, and development activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Agentic AI, Python programming, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery (BQ), and knowledge of business operations as primary competencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of business workflows and operational processes, with expertise in data preparation, cleansing, and preprocessing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of SQL, PL\/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, including VBA programming, for developing and maintaining customized reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in developing and implementing machine learning solutions using Python and related frameworks would be an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, tool integration, workflow automation, and autonomous task execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with the telecommunications domain would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of PHP for developing and maintaining web portals would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Ericsson, you\u00b4ll have an outstanding opportunity.
