The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Zycus<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Spend Data Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-2 (Year)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze procurement and spend data across suppliers, categories, business units, geographies, and other dimensions to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support spend data cleansing, validation, classification, and categorization to enhance the quality and accuracy of spend analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform supplier data management activities, including supplier normalization, duplicate identification, and supplier consolidation analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, goods and services purchases, and other spend-related data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development and maintenance of spend taxonomies and category hierarchies to enable effective and meaningful spend analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify maverick spending, fragmented spend, supplier concentration, and other procurement optimization opportunities through data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare spend reports, dashboards, analytical outputs, and management-ready presentations for internal and customer stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct data quality checks and investigate anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps in procurement data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with senior consultants and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop insights and recommendations to help customers improve spend visibility, sourcing effectiveness, supplier management, and overall procurement efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation and enhancement of Zycus Spend Management solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to resolve data-related and functional issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously enhance knowledge of procurement processes, Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows, spend analytics, and AI-enabled procurement solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI Skills &amp; Initiatives:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leverage AI and Generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini, to improve the efficiency of data analysis, documentation, research, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to apply AI in data quality checks, spend classification, insight generation, and analytical process automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and explore their applications in procurement and spend analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, procurement, business analysis, or a related field.
