The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>CSG <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Product Support Analyst I<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle incoming calls from external customers, including merchants, resellers, and ISOs, regarding transaction research, funding, processing, billing, limit increases, IP address changes, Check Verification requests, payment processing, ACH inquiries, PCI compliance, approval letters, and email-related requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide basic technical support, including software troubleshooting, password resets, browser compatibility assistance, and settlement repopulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Route department-specific requests to the appropriate teams for resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a liaison between customers and various operational departments to facilitate effective issue resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research assigned customer issues and provide timely follow-up and resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create trouble tickets to escalate customer issues and monitor them through resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in a customer service environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to attend training sessions on products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to learn and understand products, services, processes, and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to complete side-by-side training with customer service agents while handling incoming calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of CRM systems and other required software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to develop a mid-level understanding of products, processes, and procedures within the first 6\u201312 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet performance expectations set by the Supervisor or Director within the first 90 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet established quality standards within the first 90 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistent ability to demonstrate positive progress in quality scores and performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CSG is a leader in innovative customer engagement, revenue management and payments solutions that make ordinary customer experiences extraordinary.
