The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>GlobalLogic<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical Support Engineer &#8211; AIML<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage with customers through email, chat, and phone to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to AI\/ML products, solutions, and cloud environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support and guidance for customer-specific AI\/ML and cloud-based solutions, addressing architectural requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot issues related to AI\/ML models, Generative AI, APIs, integrations, deployments, and cloud services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to and resolve customer queries within defined timelines while consistently meeting or exceeding Service Level Objectives (SLOs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, effective, and high-quality technical support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize advanced troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify root causes and provide clear and comprehensive resolutions to customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze complex technical issues, reproduce reported problems, and conduct detailed investigations to identify underlying causes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and classify customer queries, technical issues, root causes, resolutions, and preventive actions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and product-related concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create detailed bug and issue reports for Engineering teams, including problem descriptions, reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, logs, and relevant technical information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify recurring issues and emerging trends and recommend preventive actions or process improvements to enhance product quality and customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate technical concepts, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively to customers and internal stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or a related technical field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI\/ML), chatbots, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of cloud and hybrid cloud environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer support skills with a customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and handle issues with professionalism and care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work from the office in a 24\u00d77 rotational shift environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced technical support environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a full-lifecycle product development services leader that combines chip-to-cloud software engineering expertise and vertical industry experience to help our customers design, build, and deliver their next generation products and digital experiences.
