Specialists to understand detailed business and user requirements and identify program objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing technical requirements documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts that illustrate the flow of information across systems and related components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze business requirements and support the development of solutions that effectively address defined business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in translating detailed business requirements into comprehensive system design documents focused on delivering the required functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare detailed technical specifications based on system designs to guide developers and IT programmers during implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that development activities and procedures are properly documented, including application usage, maintenance, and security processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze program errors related to application logic and data, recommend appropriate corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with relevant technical and support teams to assist with application installation, configuration, and deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support implementation planning and assist with deploying solutions into production environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support production code sets and implemented solutions in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and distribute task descriptions and operational procedures required to maintain and support solutions in production environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business and project requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant DevOps certification is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant Agile certification is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications in scripting and programming languages, such as Bash, Python, or Ruby, are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess entry-level knowledge of application design best practices across multiple technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of application environments, including hardware platforms, applications, databases, operating systems, and storage infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to work with abstract concepts, along with sound problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess entry-level technical knowledge of software development and platform engineering practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong client-centricity with the ability to focus on business outcomes and customer requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a basic understanding of project management principles to support the successful execution of client projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute continuously to improving internal effectiveness by enhancing existing methodologies, processes, and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess entry-level knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI\/CD) pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess entry-level knowledge and experience in deployment and release management across multiple environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate basic knowledge of automation tools and source code repositories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entry-level experience in software development and application support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry-level experience in deploying software solutions for clients within outsourced or similar IT environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry-level experience working in multi-team environments across multiple geographical locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry-level programming or development experience, with exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
