The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Wipro<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Management Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1-3 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accounting &amp; Finance Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform day-to-day accounting activities for client entities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain general ledger (GL) accounting for expenses, cash, intercompany balances, and financing activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, intercompany balances, and loan-related transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statements and assist with financial analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cash &amp; Payment Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare payment support documentation and coordinate payment execution with onshore finance teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor cash positions and support cash forecasting and liquidity tracking activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on payment status and investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting, Controls &amp; Data Quality:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain finance trackers, control files, and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare periodic management reports and ad hoc financial analyses as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Corporate &amp; Cross-Team Coordination<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare corporate documentation and obtain internal approvals related to finance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with onshore finance teams to collect, clarify, validate, and reconcile financial information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively contribute to process improvements and updates to process documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ownership &amp; Team Contribution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take ownership of recurring finance processes within the assigned scope and ensure timely completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the first-level point of contact for operational finance-related matters within the COE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and guide junior team members, including Management Trainees, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) processes and practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients\u2019 most complex digital transformation needs.
