The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Wipro<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Management Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.Com\/ <strong>BBM<\/strong><\/strong>\/ <strong>BBA\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022<\/strong>\/&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and post accounting journals such as Revenue, Expense accruals, Tax accrual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform end to end month end closure for certain holding entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SPV Finance and Expense Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of P&amp;L account, Balance Sheet trend analysis, weekly cash report, cash tracking of<br>capital activities, invoice processing, SPV financial statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage system setup, bank account creation and dissolution of SPV entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.<br>Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update Roll forward and update of quarterly valuation models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quarterly Valuations, Roll forward and update of quarterly valuation models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update model with forecasted cash flows from Argus and other valuation inputs from investment<br>analyst and finance and compile valuation pack as required by the valuation checklist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investor Reporting for the Real Estate Debt Strategies. The role will require working closely with<br>the on-shore Investor Reporting team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>B.Com\/ BBM\/ BBA\/ MBA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Fundamental Accounting\/General Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Knowledge on Investment Banking terms i.e. Capital Markets,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private Equity, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, real Estate Funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge On Excel- Functions and formulas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written &amp; spoken communication skills, Analytical bent of mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to Work efficiently and effectively in a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients\u2019 most complex digital transformation needs.
