The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>UST<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate I &#8211; Data Analyst (Onboarding and Event Management)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Kochi,\u00a0India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up and maintain mandates, portfolios, and other related items in Aladdin, IRIS, and other Client Business Data Masters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close mandates and portfolios within Aladdin, IRIS, and other Business Data Masters (BDMs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data consistency across different platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and maintain pay-away brokers, credit risk counterparties, and new custodians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review data quality control exceptions to ensure data is maintained to the highest standards in accordance with data governance principles and established rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain Aladdin accounting data and ensure its accuracy and integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close accounts in Aladdin and Client Business Data Masters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure and maintain trade delivery settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and maintain reports for third-party recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and maintain settlement instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain subscription and redemption cash flow notification data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate issues promptly to the Team Leader for resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-2 years of experience working in a data management environment, managing multiple datasets across multiple platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data structures required to support new account onboarding and transition processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage a high volume of varied tasks efficiently while meeting internal and external deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in collecting, verifying, storing, and maintaining accurate operational data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to question instructions or information that appears incorrect or inconsistent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to delivering a high-quality onboarding and offboarding experience for clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience working within an asset management firm or a similar environment is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience with Aladdin is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when reviewing data and identifying anomalies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be motivated, committed, and enthusiastic when working in a close-knit team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify issues, suggest solutions, and support their quick and effective implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to analyze data and workflows to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the onboarding experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and quickly adapt to new processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently while keeping the team manager informed of progress and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate resilience and strong relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data Structures and Algorithms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asset Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
