to Salesforce employees and managers through the Basecamp customer portal and other social channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and enhance the knowledge base within Basecamp by creating, updating, and improving knowledge articles to ensure accurate and relevant information is available for employee self-service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and monitor all customer interactions using the case management tool, responding to inquiries related to payroll, benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policies, and employee data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage assigned cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring they are addressed accurately, appropriately, and within the required timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with third-party payroll vendors, such as ADP, to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and data synchronization across the APAC region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of Workday and leverage its capabilities to support manager and employee self-service processes and inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply an AI-focused approach to proactively identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with relevant teams to develop modern solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of processes, programs, and policies to effectively support employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and AI-driven HR tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in regional and global projects focused on improving and modernizing Employee Services and Payroll processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a shared services environment supporting APAC countries, particularly India, Australia, and Singapore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience with Workday HCM or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with case management systems to manage and resolve employee inquiries and requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end payroll processes, including entering and validating employee data changes in coordination with third-party payroll vendors such as ADP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of regional tax deductions, statutory contributions, and payroll compliance requirements, including Superannuation in Australia and CPF in Singapore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with APAC payroll legislation and supporting year-end payroll activities, including internal and external payroll audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated AI-oriented mindset with the ability to self-learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and drive automation in a fast-paced and evolving environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity, process improvement, process documentation, and continuous learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to diagnose problems, communicate effectively, and lead corrective actions through to successful resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience while effectively managing competing priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, payroll, and HR information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively within a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience working within an HR shared
