The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct research, including call listening and side-by-side reviews, to understand the complete lifecycle of interactions resulting in complaints or privacy concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with colleagues across Global Servicing and other business units to identify the root causes of complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile analysis results and develop insights packages for various business units and markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in validating models and Generative AI solutions to enhance complaint insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support regulatory, operational, and ad-hoc reporting requirements as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate strong expertise in SQL and Google BigQuery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a high level of attention to detail when working in highly regulated environments where accuracy is critical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess experience working in GS or GTLS Operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have familiarity with call recording platforms such as NICE and Nexidia, as well as systems used by specialists, including OPUS and ISP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong thought leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and adaptable to tight deadlines and changing priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience working with Global Complaints and Privacy data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using data visualization tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience reviewing Generative AI outputs and validating model results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in reading additional languages, preferably Spanish or French.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Degree or certification in a quantitative field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
