The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sutherland<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Associate Manager &#8211; Trust &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent achievement of SLA, productivity, and quality targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise, coach, and develop a team of agents while managing rosters and shift schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor trends related to spam, phishing, spoofing, and abuse, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage Splunk to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with email authentication standards, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as applicable security protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners to ensure seamless and efficient operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4+ years of experience in email operations, Trust &amp; Safety, or Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience managing teams in a 24&#215;7 operational environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company.
