The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>GE HealthCare<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Engineer Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0-1 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support Manufacturing Process Engineers in executing continuous improvement projects across manufacturing lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor manufacturing defects, internal yields, and quality performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in root cause analysis of manufacturing defects, non-conformances, and customer quality issues under the guidance of senior engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including documentation and follow-up actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in maintaining compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and manufacturing standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Validation and Verification (V&amp;V) activities for manufacturing processes and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate equipment calibration activities and maintain accurate calibration records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with incoming inspection planning and quality documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, to support daily manufacturing operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in production line troubleshooting and support initiatives to improve equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) policies and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant internship or industrial experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality concepts gained through academic projects or internships is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with a six-day workweek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, production, or quality engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to collaborate effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GE HealthCare is a leading worldwide innovator in medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions.
