The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst &#8211; Financials (Healthcare)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes, including Accounts Receivable, expenditures, and healthcare transaction flows such as 835, 834, and capitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and design documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into actionable objectives and requirements for technical teams and delivery stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support business process re-engineering initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall process performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain requirement artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support testing activities by validating requirements, reviewing test results, and assisting with defect identification and triage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide clear communication and regular updates to both business and technical audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all deliverables are aligned with Gainwell\u2019s quality, documentation, and process standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4\u20138 years of experience working in a Business Analyst role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of experience working in the Medicaid financial domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial processes, including Accounts Receivable, expenditures, and healthcare transactions such as 835, 834, and capitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools or similar requirements-tracking tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform data-driven analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and re-engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a matrixed enterprise environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Medicaid programs or state healthcare systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with healthcare financial systems and revenue cycle processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data reporting, data validation, and data quality analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
