The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Thomson Reuters<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate E-File Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate\/ Postgraduate Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing for GoSystem and UltraTax products, including forms and MTB regression testing before and after product releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately document defects and issues in the tracking system, follow up with developers, and ensure their timely resolution and closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thoroughly test assigned states within defined timelines while maintaining quality benchmarks and compliance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze locators and test scenarios to verify accurate tax calculations and validate system outputs against state guidelines and frequently asked questions (FAQs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business analysts (BAs) and managers to resolve issues, support cross-product training, and deliver ad hoc project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain XSD schemas from U.S. state and federal government sources and develop master schemas for each state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Map relevant codes and attributes from XSD schemas to the software to ensure accurate XML output generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply appropriate schema and data mapping techniques to ensure accurate and compliant XML generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create diverse test scenarios using locators to validate software functionality and generate accurate XML outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit test samples to state jurisdictions and coordinate the forms and e-file approval process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support U.S.-based developers with critical production support calls and tickets to ensure smooth and timely product releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, and complete mandatory e-learning courses during available downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in U.S. tax technical concepts and tax compliance return preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have hands-on experience with QA testing techniques, issue tracking, and regression testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with developers, business analysts (BAs), and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have basic knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to leverage AI tools for test case generation, data analysis, and process optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of AI-driven QA practices and a willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomson Reuters is the world\u2019s leading provider of news and information-based tools to professionals.
