Management:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create, edit, and publish employee-facing content for the <strong>My Employment \u2013 India<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt global content to the Indian context while ensuring alignment with global standards and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop India-specific content covering policies, benefits, processes, and local ways of working in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structure information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format to help employees find relevant information quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SharePoint Site Development:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain pages and sub-pages on the SharePoint platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create effective page layouts, navigation structures, quick links, FAQs, and supporting resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all content complies with site design standards and publishing guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously enhance page usability and the overall employee experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PX Agent Readiness:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure content is structured and optimized to support effective PX Agent performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply content-writing best practices to improve searchability and AI interpretation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimize unnecessarily complex page structures and excessive link dependencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the testing and validation of PX Agent responses against published content to ensure accuracy and relevance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stakeholder Coordination:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate closely with the <strong>People Experience (PX) team<\/strong> to gather content inputs and obtain necessary approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the <strong>Global My Employment team<\/strong> to ensure compliance with design and publishing standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with <strong>SharePoint technical support teams<\/strong> to resolve platform-related issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with local SMEs and process owners to validate content accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track content approvals and manage version updates throughout the publishing lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality &amp;
