The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst-F&amp;A<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1-5 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconcile financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all reconciliation and financial reporting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions, including bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate discrepancies and variances, ensuring their timely resolution and accurate financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain reconciliation reports and supporting documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand client policies and procedures and apply them effectively to engagement delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor actual performance against established plans and take appropriate actions to ensure business objectives are achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report significant issues, risks, and areas of concern to KGS leadership and, where appropriate, to clients in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve problems and issues to minimize operational risks and ensure smooth delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in operational excellence initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, brainstorming new ideas, and implementing effective solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate opportunities for improvement, apply industry best practices and benchmarks, plan for contingencies, and ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20135 years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or related roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other advanced functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling financial data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of business English, both written and spoken; native-level proficiency is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in shared services or outsourcing environments is preferred, particularly within the Insurance, Banking, or Asset Management industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior audit experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or RPA solutions is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other applicable accounting standards is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness of regulatory and compliance guidelines, applicable legislation, procedures, and business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A background in the Financial Services industry, with exposure to Banking Operations and Risk Management within a global service delivery environment, is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
