The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>EY<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Corporate Finance \u2013 Intern<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Post Graduate\/ CA\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-6 (Months)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements and related schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare financial statements based on the information provided and analyze the financial and operational performance of target companies using accounting data and management interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare comprehensive summaries of the findings from the financial and operational analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and communicate key deal issues that may impact the purchase price or transaction structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute financial due diligence engagements in close collaboration with Engagement Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work effectively as part of a team to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that final deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with client needs and priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply an understanding of basic valuation techniques and conduct related financial analyses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with at least one group cleared, or holding a Postgraduate degree\/MBA in Finance from a reputed college or university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20136 months of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, financial statement preparation, and related areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Attributes for Success:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prepare graphs, analyze data, and present information effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work within defined timelines and communicate updates or deviations to the Project Manager and relevant practice teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
