The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Google<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Enforcement Detection Analyst, Trust and Safety, YouTube<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>1 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement scalable strategies and solutions to enforce YouTube content policies, leveraging machine learning where appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve operational performance metrics by analyzing key drivers and using programming skills to develop solutions that integrate effectively with complex product and backend infrastructures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with Policy and Operations teams to understand evolving policy enforcement requirements and work with Engineering teams to develop and test features that address operational needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond rapidly and independently to abuse-related incidents, identify root causes, and define and implement effective mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of the abuse landscape, including key abuse vectors, user motivations, account acquisition methods, and gaps in existing enforcement mechanisms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience or demonstrated interest in content policy or large-scale anti-abuse operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, explain models, and continuously improve solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive operational improvements and resolve complex challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A problem isn\u2019t truly solved until it\u2019s solved for all.
