The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hexagon&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Software Engineer\/ Software Developer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.E\/ B.Tech\/ BCA\/ ME\/ M.Tech<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/&nbsp;2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 \u2013 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve customer support requests on Intergraph Smart3D product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoots and resolves technically complex issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify bugs in the product and escalate to development backlog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist development in understanding customer use cases and provide justification for requesting fixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist development in verifying or deploying fixes for customer issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist customers in customizing the product to their specific requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develops technical documents, instructions and training for external and internal purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May conduct training\/consulting for customers or internal stake holders when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>BTech\/MTech graduate with 0 to 2 years\u2019 experience. Mechanical\/Marine Engineering is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate Degree in Computers \/ IT Engineering from a reputed university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent in geometry, mathematical and analytical abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with any 3D CAD design product is a major plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; Developement &#8211; experience on web UI using&nbsp; React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving, Debugging and testing skills to deliver a quality product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.
