The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.A\/ B.Com\/ B.Ed\/ B.E\/ BCA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the end-to-end course review and approval process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform administrative activities to support course review, approval, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) issuance processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to participant and learner queries and resolve complaints through email while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by delivering high-quality customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with established quality standards and service level agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and manage daily learning requests submitted through the learning management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate course submissions to ensure compliance with NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) requirements and KPMG CPE credit guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine, assign, and administer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits within the organization&#8217;s learning management system for participants and instructors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and distribute certificates of attendance to clients, where applicable, in accordance with organizational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with participants, learners, onshore teams, and leadership throughout the course review and approval lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow established processes, templates, and operational procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, document, and report process issues or exceptions, escalating them appropriately when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards throughout all activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and administrative responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant discipline such as B.A., B.Com., B.Ed., B.E., or BCA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess 0 to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to an international work environment will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, learners, onshore teams, senior managers, directors, and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset to ensure review processes are completed accurately and all collected data is reliable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible, taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring timely resolution of issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical &amp;
