The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>State Street<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>IT PMO Analyst &#8211; Apprentice<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure they accurately reflect organizational needs and project objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with senior project managers to ensure timely and successful project execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Business-as-Usual (BAU) processes using technologies such as SharePoint, Python, C++, and Java.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain project documentation, artifacts, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and provide regular status reports on assigned tasks, project progress, and key deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate implementation activities with SaaS upgrade and technical onboarding teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, monitor, and report on the deployment of infrastructure for SaaS solutions across new regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and manage project timesheets, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and resource utilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize SQL, VBA, C++, and related technologies while collaborating with Technical Support, SaaS, and TIS teams to consolidate technical artifacts and ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong techno-functional knowledge with the ability to prepare and maintain technical scripts and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support effective decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and small- to medium-scale projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, along with process mapping tools such as Visio and other data analysis and visualization tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-motivated team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JIRA or Confluence certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior exposure to project coordination, business analysis, or technical documentation through internships or academic projects is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At State Street, we partner with institutional investors all over the world to provide comprehensive financial services, including investment management, investment research and trading, and investment servicing.
