The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Data Science<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner closely with Finance and the U.S. Consumer business teams to align the Cardmember Value (CMV) framework and ensure consistency across the U.S. Consumer Services business unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Finance to develop robust behavioral models and analytical inputs that support investment optimization and targeted incremental Cardmember Value (iCMV) initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of the Cardmember Value framework for internal acquisitions and independently identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with channel owners and the New York team to improve channel performance by leveraging optimization tools such as Orchestra and maximizing return on investment (ROI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute initiatives effectively by resolving issues, identifying improvement opportunities, defining success metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with expertise in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen professional working relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to work independently in a matrix organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions within tight timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics, or a business-related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
