The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualcomm<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Operations Analyst, Processor<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-1 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage daily and weekly master data management activities, including company verification, data validation, and system updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support stakeholders by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Salesforce reports and maintaining CRM dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and report master data updates, audit dormant accounts, and maintain accurate parent account and tier mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update customer billing and shipping information in the QCT\/Corporate Oracle database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and on time with full ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with headquarters and global regional teams through regular review meetings, transition calls, and process documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in evening review and transition calls as required to support global operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional ad hoc business and sales operations tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20131 year of experience in internal ticketing systems and business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; Salesforce certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and enhance skills in CRM, Tableau, and related tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to participate in regular evening calls for headquarters reviews and business discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible to work evening hours (8:00 PM \u2013 11:00 PM IST) or shifts (2:30 PM \u2013 11:30 PM IST) as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
